The Association of European Parliamentarians with Africa (AWEPA), the National Assembly of Mozambique, and the Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF) are organizing a SADC Regional Seminar on Aid Effectiveness to be held in Maputo, Mozambique.

The seminar: “Parliamentary Engagement in Making Aid More Effective: A Focus on Evidence” will serve to highlight and further explore the role of parliaments in assuring that development aid is used most effectively to reduce poverty and create an environment suitable for sustained social and economic enhancement.
